We collect certain information about you to enable us to do business with you, to provide you the services you request, and to improve service to you. We reserve the right to change our policy in the future, and the most current version will always be posted at this website.
What information we collect and why we collect it
At present, Project Aurora Games LLC only collects information to
address specific requests submitted to us, to register users for its
educational software BETA, and for specific uses related to our
development of The Spirit of Exploration. In the future, we will also
use this information to provide users the opportunity to use our full
educational platform services, but only if the user elects to receive
such communication when they are sent their BETA registration
information. In an email correspondence with registered users, we will
provide users with the opportunity to receive updates on the
educational services and other game products we offer. By registering
you consent to receiving emails related to the BETA registration you
requested. To allow you to receive these emails, we may provide your
email contact information to our contractors, or companies which help
us service these requests, but such companies shall have no rights to
use or keep such information for any reason other than to allow us to
service these requests.
The sort of information we collect is:
- Your name, phone and fax number, address, email address, organization name and address, type of organization, title (Personal Information)are collected when you register with us. By registering with us, you consent to the use of your Personal Information as indicated in this policy.
You may update your Personal Information at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email you used to register for our services, and with the full name you used to register at the site.
In addition to your Personal Information, if applicable, your credit card information may be collected at the time of a purchase, though at present our BETA service is offered free of charge.
We collect information about the use of our website. We analyze this data to determine what is of interest to our customers, and thereby improve our service.
We collate a record of your orders, your requests, feedback, and other miscellaneous information.
We analyze the user information we receive to understand and address our business development and to develop educational products and services that will best address the needs of our users.
We collect BETA information to develop the best final product possible, and to ensure that we meet the educational mission of our product to its fullest. We always encourage feedback from our users and will use this information to help us achieve the best product possible and advance our business development and our mission to promote STEM learning.
Emails from Project Aurora Games
At the time of registration, we ask you for specific information so we can verify that you are a representative of an educational institution, and/or to sign you up for our BETA or other special offers we provide. Some of these special offers and the completion of registration can only be taken advantage of through the email you receive.
If at any time you find that you are receiving any email from us that you do not want, please disable the email options in any registration site we provide to you, or write to us at email@example.com or follow the instructions in the relevant email you received from us. We will remove you from any further mailings within a reasonable amount of time, and you should no longer receive any emails of that type from us.
For purposes of registering for The Spirit of Exploration BETA, you agree to receive a notification of your registration, instructions on how to complete your registration for the BETA, notification emails as set forth in that correspondence, as well as information on how to access and run the BETA when this is available to your institution or area. Project Aurora Games is running a limited BETA and will provide registration information to users that it elects to include in the BETA, at its sole discretion. If you are the authorized representative of an institution, you agree that if you are selected for the BETA, Project Aurora Games may contact you via email about setting up a trial program at your institution to test and implement our STEM learning system at your school or other organization site. We will otherwise store your data to be able to notify you of when the BETA or your trial version of our educational software is available.
As set forth above, you also consent to receiving the option to sign up for newsletter. Any such invitation will provide you with the option to decline such request, in which case you will not receive any such emails.

Security of our Data
When you submit an order to us, you may do so over a secure connection.
We take reasonable precautions to keep the information disclosed to us secure, however, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third party that received the information.
